CO Inspection
The Borough of Fountain Hill does not require an inspection of most property at sale or transfer. Rental units are the exception. We do, however, require a Sewer Lateral Inspection before sale.

Permitted uses for each zoning district can be found in the Zoning Ordinance
If you want to be sure that the Zoning Officer will determine your proposed use is permitted, you should request a Zoning Review.
- Complete a Zoning Application
- Bring the application to Borough Hall
- The fee for a Zoning Review (not a permit) is $150.
