Fire, Health & Sanitation, Recreation - Third Wednesday of each month starting at 5:30 p.m.
In keeping with Governor Wolf 's recent declaration of emergency regarding Coronvirus, State Representative Jeanne McNeil's satellite office hours (located inside Fountain Hill Borough Hall ) every Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. will be cancelled until further notice. Closing of the Fountain Hill Community Pool
At the March 23 Borough Council meeting, a motion to permanently close the Fountain Hill Community Pool passed with a 3-2 vote.
This decision was made after a community survey, a community meeting, and an open recreation committee meeting.
The borough is currently in talks with neighboring municipalities to provide a swimming opportunity for residents, both this summer and future years. More to follow…
