Magisterial District Justice Anthony G. Rapp administered the oath of office to Mayor-elect Stephen Repasch and Council-elect Lawrence Rapp. Mayor Repasch administered the oath of office to newly elected Councilpersons, Tavis Grotenhuis, Carolee Gifford, Norman Blatt, Jr. and Helen Halleman. Council also held its biennial organizational meeting with Mr. Lawrence “Larry” Rapp again elected President of Borough Council, Ms. Helen Halleman was elected Vice-President and Mr. Blatt, Jr. was elected President Pro-Tempore.
